Processing under contract
We provide our customers with services that include the creation of a fashion line that goes from the first prototypes through M1 PLUS programming to the final production; but we can also help our clients in the realization of one single production phase.
Drawing.
The first phase.
Before tackling the realization of any product, we support customers in the analysis of the basic design, establishing every detail and examining the characteristics of each items of clothing. The final design can be created starting from an idea or a sketch of the client, or from scratch, deciding each characteristic at the moment of the creation of the same.

The second phase.
The company is committed to a careful search of the best yarns, choosing the right solutions for every knitwear item in close contact with the customer.
The continuous relationship developed over the years with the best and most reliable national spinning allows us to propose the best materials in the quality / price ratio.
Prototype development.
The third phase.
We produce prototype garments starting from simple ideas or sketches, always in close contact with the customer who can evaluate the preliminary product and then proceed with the mass production.
Programming.

The fourth phase.
Programming is carried out using the M1 plus software.
We have a Stoll knitting machine park of various gauges (18-14-12-7-5-3) of the latest generation that allow different types of processing.
Packaging.
The fifth phase.
There is a highly specialized team, with a long experience, who can provide our customer’s items with the perfect trims.
Fulling.
The sixth phase.
We carry out treatments in sheets or finished garments to exalt at best the characteristics of the various yarns used such as Cashmere, silks, cottons and fine wools.
Labeling.
Control.
Ironing and bagging.
The seventh phase.
After fulling, the garments are checked in bright, labeled with hand-finished, ironed and wrapped according to the customer’s needs.
Delivery.
The manufactured products are carefully packed on appropriate packaging, and placed before delivery, on appropriate rooms.
